Dear Prospective Vendor:
Great Lakes Dragaway of Union Grove, WI would
like to announce the dates of our 4th annual motorcycle event. August
23rd-24th, 2008. Last year's event was an outstanding success... our crowd
was down for our 2 day event due to the rainy weather but we’ve asked Mother
Nature to play nice in 2008!
Our Rally line-up includes AMRA racing,
Harley DBL point racing, Ride In Bike show, Tattoo Wars, sponsored by
Starship Tattoo, Bands all day featuring Jimmy VanZant, The area’s premier
bike builders, Miss Harley Shootout Bikini Contest, Babes on Bikes, Swap
meet, vendors, food, fun and beer! The Shriner’s will be with us this year
for their annual Shrine Ride. We will be raffling our 105th Anniversary
Edition Harley Davidson Motorcycle on Saturday.
We are currently taking reservations for vending spaces. Spaces will be
rented for both days only. You must commit to both Saturday and Sunday, with
set-up Thursday Aug. 21st after 5:00 p.m., Friday August 22nd after 5:00
p.m. and Sat. August 23rd 7-9:00 a.m. Space is limited and will be assigned
on a first come, first serve basis. Electricity will be available this year
for a minimal fee. Please see our registration packet which will be strictly
enforced.

We will not accept
any registrations postmarked after August 15th, 2008.

Payment, Waiver &
Registration must be fully completed before we will assign you a space.

GLD
will require that you setup during designated hours.

GLD reserves
the right to ask you to relocate an item within your booth if it blocks
the view of another vendor.

We offer no
VENDOR EXCLUSIVE’S! We will try and keep similar business’ to a maximum of
two. {Exclusive’s come only from GLD sponsors}
Enclosed is a list of rules and regulations to participate in this event.

read carefully.
Your space will not be reserved until receipt
of all the following!
Due to the growth and success of our function
these new rules must be closely adhered to. Pre-registration is a must.
Hours will be Saturday August 23rd 8AM-10PM and Sunday August 24th 8AM-5PM.
Set up for vendors listed above. Please call and let us know your set-up
date. We hope that you will join us for one of the biggest and best state of
WI growing premier motorcycle events. If you have any questions, please feel
